The mornings started to get lighter

Preparations continued behind-the-scenes in the build-up to all the horses returning to full training

The two-year-olds started cantering on the heath

The first foal was born at Dullingham Park Stud out of Sosumi (left) and a few days later Tevez (also out of Sosumi) won the first race of the season

We were pleased to have an interview with Jimmy Quinn who partnered Tevez to win.

Mark added: "Jimmy is always a very hard-working jockey. He never seems to get down and is always full of energy and enthusiasm. He had a great season last year and I am looking forward to him riding plenty more winners again this year!"
